Trippin Out

Matthew & I were really excited to get out of town for a few days. We flew to Las Vegas, Nevada & drove down to Arizona to see his Mom & Larry's new Ranch. Mom & Larry have built the entire place from the ground up for over a year now & it was so cool to finally see it in person. We were so amazed to see all their hard work & enjoy the beautiful home, sushine & time with family over the Thanksgiving holiday.

After spending 2 relaxing days at the ranch we took off back to Vegas with Michael & Christy to meet up with friends in Las Vegas @ Planet Hollywood. We had so much fun shopping, eating & going to shows. Matthew & I also celebrated our 5th Wedding Anniversary at the Paris. So romantic!!! We are so in love and it was wonderful to celebrate in the city we were married in 5 years ago to the day!

33rd Birthday Bliss

My most amazing long time girlfriend Joslyn took me to lunch at Happy Sumo @ Gateway for some delicious sushi. Yum! I can never get enough time with her & it was so nice to have a super long lunch date! Love you Joslyn!

My dear friend Lori Ray Bolerjack had a little gathering at her house in honor of my birthday. We had a great night watching the UFC fights, eating, laughing, eating some more & blowing out candles on my adorable cup cakes Matthew had especially made for me. Life is good!

I celebrated my birthday with some of my favorite people at a delicious dinner at the hip and vibey Bambara Restaurant at the Hotel Monaco. What a fun night! Thank you to my sweet husband for making it all possible! He even had the menus personalized...so cute!

Let's Start at the Beginning

Matthew & I met at Benihana in Salt Lake City, Utah on March 3, 2004 at a birthday party. I heard him laugh and knew right away I needed to get to know him. We immediately hit it off and I remember thinking, "where have you been all my life?!?" 2 days later I moved to Santa Monica, California. I had a great job, perfect house and view of the ocean. Everything I ever wanted, but Matthew. We spent the next 4 months flying back and forth to spend as much time as possible together....ahhh, young love! Finally in July Matthew asked me to come back to Utah for the 100th time and told me he wanted to start a life together. He moved me back home to Utah later that week. We got engaged September 11, 2004.
