I am 14 weeks 3 days along, whew! Time seems to be flying! I had an ultrasound today to determine the sex of our baby. Matthew wasn't able to come to the appointment so I had the tech print a picture of the results and seal it in an envelope. We opened it together at Matthew's office. We are so ecstatic to announce...IT'S A BOY!
The ultrasound was such an amazing experience. I was in shock to see how much Baby Smith has grown. He has long legs & was kicking them! It took my breath away! Seeing his little face & nose & mouth! It's so hard to believe I am actually growing a person in my belly! We are so stoked to meet Baby Smith! This will be the 1st Boy grand-baby on my side of the family so my parents, siblings and 3 nieces are extremely excided! On Matthew's side there are 4 boys and 3 girls so we will have to do our best for a girl next round to try and even things out. I am going to attempt to document my quickly growing belly; hopefully I won't chicken out as things start to get really LARGE. This is supposed to be fun, right?!
